Still ultra-projectable with plenty of room to fill out his 6-foot-2 frame, Hall is an exceptional athlete both on and off the diamond. When he’s on the mound he’s capable of producing a fastball that was up to 95 mph at the Perfect Game National and routinely hits 94 while showing one of the best breaking balls in the entire class with hard biting 1-to-7 shape.
