The Iowa Select Spring League enters its 31st year as the premier opportunity for Iowa’s top high-school talent to compete during the spring. Designed for the best players in Iowa and throughout the Midwest, the league provides a high-level developmental and competitive environment spanning five weekends across March and April.

Since its launch in 1996, the league has been a proven pathway to the next level. Nearly every MLB Draft pick from Iowa—all but one—has competed in the Iowa Select Spring League, with hundreds more advancing to play at the collegiate level. No other spring baseball platform in the region produces this level of long-term success and exposure.

The league is divided by graduation year, with teams in each class from 2026s through 2030s.

The 2026 season runs March 28 – April 26.
BBCOR-3 bats are allowed, with wood bats optional.
All players receive jerseys and hats, while baseballs, umpires, and field operations are fully provided.

Games will be played at the premier Prospect Meadows Sports Complex and will be scored live on DiamondKast for player tracking and college scouting visibility.
