Event Information
The Iowa Select Spring League enters its 30th year of providing the best opportunity for Iowa's top high-school talent in the spring. The Iowa Select Spring League allows the top players in Iowa as well as other top players and organizations in the midwest the chance to compete at a high-level for five weeks in March and April.

Since the league's inception in 1996, all but one of the players from Iowa drafted in MLB's First-Year Player Draft has played in the Perfect Game Iowa spring league, with hundreds more committing to play at the collegiate level.

The league is split up by graduation year with teams at each age group from 2025's down to 2029's.  Each team will play 2, 7-inning games Saturday and ONE 9-inning game on Sunday, weather permitting. NO games will be played on Easter Sunday. 

The league will start on March 29th and go until April 27th.  BBCOR-3 bats are allowed. Players may use wood still if they choose. Jerseys and hats will be given to each player participating in the league. We will provide baseballs and umpires as well. Games will be at Prospect Meadows and will be played on Diamondkast.
When you are at Prospect Meadows we ask that you please follow the rules below:

• NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE (bottled water or coffee ok) 
• NO COOLERS except for Teams 
• NO PETS-ADA Guidelines followed for Service Animals only 
• NO SKATEBOARDS/SCOOTERS 
• NO SMOKING Iowa Code 1420.3
