Joshua Brock is a 2029 SS/RHP/UT with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein. Slender young athletic build with lots of physical projection remaining. 7.41 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, has some good feel with lateral range and feet. Shows quick twitch actions and soft hands with an accurate arm. Outfielder, works well out front with a good charge and gets the ball in the air on time. Good feel for his release point and on-line throws. Also pitched, works from a higher slot and shows some good drop and drive down the mound. Good feel for his slider and changeup with differing shapes, has an idea of how to mix and match. Right-handed hitter from an open stance and high hand set with feel to go the other way. Level swing path with quick hands on display. Good student.
