Damari Hawkins is a 2026 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-0 245 lb. frame from Brodnax, VA who attends Brunswick. Hawkins works from a strong broad frame with evident strength throughout. From his primary CIF spot, he showcased consistency to the mechanics with a compact arm action, ultimately topping out at 69 mph across the diamond. He attempted to change arm slots up the middle and should see range continue to improve as he develops. On the mound, Hawkins worked with tempo to keep hitters uncomfortable and off balance in the box, releasing from a 3/4 slot that generated some arm side run on the FB up to 74 mph. The curveball worked 11-5 with vertical depth present. Offensively, Hawkins started from an even base flashing hand speed through the zone that produced contact to all parts of the field. Posted an exit velo of 77 mph.
