Dominic Tomasi is a 2024 SS/RHP, OF, UT with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Salinas, CA who attends Salinas. Features a long, lean, athletic, projectable frame. Offers a four-pitch mix that includes fastball, curveball, slider and change up. Stretch only operation with a full hip turn into a downhill delivery. Curve has eleven-five movement. Fastball runs in on righties. Changeup has tumble and he stays around the zone with all four pitches. Has a good set up on the infield and shows proper footwork and glove technique. Throws out of a three-quarter slot with zip and the ability to throw from multiple angles. At the plate, he has a wide base with a slightly open stance and uses a toe tap trigger. Keeps the hands high and finishes high. Strong hands with good extension lead to consistent barrels throughout the round. Ran a 7.50 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.
