Aiden Taurek is a 2022 3B/RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Santa Ana, CA who attends Foothill. Medium frame with strong, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 6.58 seconds. Hits from even stance with wide base, leg lift trigger, separates well and postures well, gets barrel moving on plane with real bat speed, strength pull-side stands out, good offensive tools. Worked out in the infield, clean hands out front, speed plays, deep hook through the back, clocked up to 88 mph on throws. Also pitched, very lengthy arm stroke, arm speed present, worked 88-89 mph with fastball, showed feel to spin both curveball and slider. Excellent student.
