Drew Taylor is a 2026 C/RHP/OF with a projectable 6-0 175 lb. frame from Murrieta, CA who attends Linfield Christian HS. Started off the event clocking 6.94 60-yard dash. A primary catcher that pitches as well. At the plate Taylor showed out with a loud BP round squaring the ball up on a consistent basis shooting the gaps and displaying some pull side power. The bat speed is definitely there and the intent to do damage was evident in the aggressive swing path. Behind the plate, his actions were crisp with the upper and lower half working in sync to delivery the ball accurately to second base (1.98 pop) with carry and zip. He hopped on the mound in the game portion and worked three complete innings striking out five showing there is potential as a secondary pitcher. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
