Tyler Conger is a 2024 RHP/3B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Waukesha, WI who attends Waukesha South. A taller and stronger frame with some athleticism to his build. Ran a 7.01 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher with a quicker side-step into a slow and controlled belt-high leg lift. He attacks the upper part of the zone with the fastball and is able to work low as well. The fastball has later arm-side life that worked 83-85 mph with spin up to 2,179 RPMs. Had a good feel for his off-speed arsenal with a tighter slider that had late depth to it as well in the mid-70s with spin up to 2,210 RPMs. Also flashed a changeup that he killed spin on down to 1,601 RPMs with good late fading action. Replicates arm speed well on the changeup. A right-handed hitter with a slightly open stance. He has bat speed and is able to stick with a compact operation and get the ball in the air with some thump off the barrel. Pieced together an exceptional round of BP, finding barrels and showing off the strength in the build. He was able to drive several balls in the air on a line. Also worked out as an infielder with athletic actions and a fluid round of throws. Comes through the throws well with some snatch to the hands, a good funnel into the throw, and momentum carried through. Threw 89 mph across the diamond. Made a nice backhand play as well during his round showing off the glove. Great student. Named to 2023 North Indoor TP List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
