Julius Shelton is a 2027 LHP/1B with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Gresham, OR who attends Gresham. Medium frame with a pretty physical build. Ran a 9.45 second 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, simple delivery, works through a high three-quarters slot but is able to change his slot to give different looks. Fastball up to 70 mph showing some sink or run at times, kept hitters off-balanced and showed a slower 12-to-6 breaking ball for strikes. Also plays first base, slow and deliberate actions to the ball, fields out front and showed accuracy on his throws across. Lefthanded hitter, short shift into his swing, gets long through the zone and has some intent to how he swings it, working to lift through impact and will fix some timing issues with maturity.
