Sebastian Frye is a 2025 OF/RHP/C with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV who attends Desert Oasis. Strong athletic build, especially in the lower half. 7.10 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, aggressive to the ball, still developing his footwork into throwing, has a long and loose arm arm action with projectable arm strength. Right handed hitter, has a small leg lift trigger from an open stance, gets his foot down on time, big barrel tilt to start his swing, swings hard and has some hand speed. Took a turn on the mound, gets down the mound well, same long and loose arm action from a high 3/4's arm slot, pretty low effort mechanics. Fastball worked up to 81 mph with some downhill plane, mostly straight. Slider was his best pitch this outing, landed it consistently for strikes with good tilt and occasional depth, comfortable throwing it on any count. Has the potential to keep improving in all areas. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
