Chance Croft is a 2027 OF/RHP/UT with a 5-8 130 lb. frame from Neptune Beach, FL who attends Providence. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean build, room to fill moving forward with added strength. Ran a 7.63 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, charges in on the ball with some intent, fields it off side side of front foot, sound arm action with quickness through the backside, lower carry on throws with nice fundamentals. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow in the box with a slightly open stance, keeps hands tight an inside throughout operation, utilizes a toe tap trigger. Short and quick stroke, can continue to implement additional lower half, best when working on a linear path, will get downwards at times but shows ability to work to all fields.
