Jordan Ortiz is a 2025 C/RHP, 3B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from San Jose, CA who attends Valley Christian Schools. Lean, athletic build with long limbs and length to the body, lots of projection to work with. Right-handed pitcher, clean and effective high three-quarter delivery. Loose arm that stands out, clean and athletic down the hill. Fastball up to 84 and lived low-80s, life up in the zone. Effective command. Mixed in a sharp 11-5 curveball with tight depth. Controls direction well for age and has a lot to build upon. Catcher, longer arm path but gets it to the bag. Uses his lower half to create momentum. Solid transfer. Right-handed hitter, stays short and close with a sublt stride. Creates extension with good jump off the barrel. Incorporates lower half and stays on plane. Present two-way ability with upside on the mound. Very good student.
