Landon Cooper is a 2026 C/RHP, 1B, 3B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Nolensville, TN who attends Nolensville. Cooper ran a 7.89 Sixty Yard Dash. Primary Catcher with a taller frame and a lean athletic build. Narrow base behind the plate while staying back and receiving softly out in front. Solid Receiving skills with a quick glove to hand exchange and developing arm strength on the throws across the diamond. Staying down on one knee at times during the throwing operation. Secondary outfield Working around the ball while catching it to the side with a clean one handed glove to hand transfer. Very accurate on the throws to bases working from a straight over the top arm action with some quickness in the shoulder. Right handed hitter with a medium even foot base with a small toe tap trigger. Upper half dominant swing with a linear path through the zone showing easy strength to the pull side. Cooper is a good student in the classroom. He was named to the 2023 Nashville Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
