2025 PG 14U National Showcase
Jaden Freeze is a 2028 OF/RHP/MIF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Joint Base Mdl, NJ who attends Northern Burlington. Athletic frame with broad shoulders and fast twitch actions, projecting plenty of future growth and physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in a solid 6.71 seconds. Primary position OF, moving through the ball well, getting into proper angles quickly with game like actions. Clean transfer to nice arm path through the back and accelerating through a lower slot to generate throws up to 85 mph back to the infield. Solid one hop feeds to the bags. Reps on the IF as well, showing the same first step quickness and nice lateral range side to side. Adjusted well on the run, able to change slots and had plenty of carry across the diamond. Secondary RHP, using a chest high leg lift and deep energy from he back leg to create energy down the bump, Accelerates through a high 3/4 arm angle to release attacking hitters on the plate. Ran the fastball up to 87 mph with very good ride with higher spin traits. Backed up with a mostly vertical breaker with 2,500+ spin in the mid-70s that proved to be a very good weapon. Dominant two-pitch mix generating plenty of swing and miss. Well refined delivery here with more to come. RHH working from a medium inline stance and lower handset pre-pitch. Creates some length in the front arm with his trigger but the hands are really strong creating high level barrel speed. Knows the bat head and really turns hard through impact creating a lot of loud impact. Intriguing power/speed offensive skillset here and plenty of opportunity to be a two-way stud at the next level. Outstanding student as well. Named to play in the Perfect Game 14U Select Festival.
