Gavin Pacileo is a 2026 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-2 156 lb. frame from Holly Springs, NC who attends Wake Christian Academy. Long and lean build with lots of room and time to get stronger. Works from a side step delivery with a stiff front leg raise, drifting delivery down the mound with minimal present lower half drive, high 3/4's arm slot from a medium length arm swing. Fastball worked in the upper 60's, mostly straight, fastball tends to work up in the zone and miss high when missing. Showed confidence in his curveball and threw it often, best curveballs are at their higher velocities with full arm speed. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow start with a deep low hand load, hanging front leg timer with a big stride into contact, developing timing and balance. 8.51 runner in the sixty. Corner infielder on defense. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
