Jaxen Maxey is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Chandler, AZ who attends Valley Christian. Long and lanky athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Two-way prospect as an outfielder and right handed pitcher. 6.53 runner in the sixty. Comes to the ball well in the outfield, quick feet, throws from a high arm slot with some carry on his throws, makes accurate throws. Right handed hitter, sets up in a narrow stance with a small leg raise trigger, has loose and quick hands and handles the barrel well, still developing strength and bat speed/impact. Works from a rocker step delivery on the mound with a high 3/4's arm slot, gets downhill well. Fastball was in the upper 80's and topped out at 90 mph to go with a solid slider. Good student with a verbal commitment to Arizona State.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
