2025 PG Iowa Indoor Showcase
Drew Fillenworth is a 2026 RHP/OF with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Blairstown, IA who attends Benton Community. Medium, athletic build with well-proportioned strength present and projection remaining. Primary right-handed pitcher, operates from a full wind-up delivery with a leg lift up to the belt. Sinks into his back-side efficiently before working inline and directly down the slope. Arm comes through cleanly and into a three-quarters arm angle. Fastball showed occasional cut and missed some barrels, ultimately peaking at 83 mph. Mixed in a 12-6 curveball and changeup to mistime hitters; both showed straight depth. Secondary outfielder, attacks the baseball with urgency and works through it well. Fields it off of his front foot, receiving it with a soft glove. Takes an extra step while gathering and tends to work uphill a bit. Has plenty of evident quickness in the shoulder. Recorded arm strength up to 88 mph on throws from the outfield. Right-handed hitter, starts in a slightly open stance with a high hand set-up and high back elbow. Utilizes an inward leg lift trigger for timing before working into a level bat path. Rotates the hips with intent, creating whip to the barrel and good strength at the point of contact. Produced consistent line drive impact to the middle of the field during batting practice. Projects for more power with additional strength. Posted an exit velocity of 85 mph. Ran a 5.22 forty-yard dash. Excellent student. Named to the 2025 Iowa Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
