2023 High School All State Select Championship (2026-2027 Grads)
Aiden DeLeon is a 2027 OF/LHP, C, 1B with a 5-5 130 lb. frame from Victoria, TX who attends Victoria West. A more compact build and frame with some athleticism and twitch to him. Ran a 7.16 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who had good athleticism and twitch. He had a good downhill angle on his throws, with long-hopped accuracy and some arm strength. He made all the plays well with an athletic approach. He gets low to the ball on approach and comes through it clean with a loose arm over the top, threw downhill at 82 mph. A left-handed hitter with a spread and open base, using a wider base. Crouched to start with a simple stroke through contact. The hands worked well to it. A smooth lefty stroke with a slightly open and balanced base. He has a bigger leg raise and stride forward, working through it. Added a base knock in-game. Took to the mound as a left-handed pitcher working from the middle of the rubber. He pitched from a higher three-quarters arm slot almost over the top. Deceptive and hides it well through the back. He was able to get a little bit of downhill action on the fastball. The fastball was up to 82 mph. He spun the breaker well with a 1-7 shape and good intent. Solid athlete on the mound.
