Cade Herring is a 2028 RHP/3B, MIF with a 5-6 115 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends St. John XXIII. Young frame with a slender current build and a lot of time and space to add physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in 8.24 seconds. Primary position RHP, showing a nicely developed delivery as he creates good direction down the mound. Synchs the arm well with the body and accelerates through a high 3/4 arm angle using small arm circle in the back. Locates his mid-60s fastball to all quads of the zone. Landed a quality slider in the low-60s often with two-plane shape. Strike thrower and looks the part here. Secondary infielder, with pretty solid footwork and will get better as he learns to continue momentum through the play. Arm play well here and in the outfield with feeds up to 69 mph with good accuracy. RHH working from a wide base, high handset and an upright stance to start. Emerging strength in his hands, with clean bat path to contact. Small leg lift and stride to get on time and was at his best when on plane and using the middle of the field. Intriguing two-way skillset to follow in the future.
