Preston Bullard is a 2029 OF/RHP, C, MIF with a 4-9 80 lb. frame from Beaumont, TX who attends Monsignor Kelly. Recorded a 9.28 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder with a young build. Worked to the ball methodically, fielded with two hands out front. Used a full arm action, releasing from a lower and extended slot. Showed good fundamentals and footwork in the infield, moving around with confidence. Utilized a shorter arm action, throwing from an over-the-top slot. Also worked out behind the plate, starting from a high stance and throwing with a long arm swing. Right-handed hitter and starts from a narrow base with high back hands and a low back elbow. Employed a rotational swing, staying on a level bat path through the zone. Worked the pull side and the middle of the field during his round. Secondary right-handed pitcher and threw exclusively from the stretch. Found the zone with comfort and mixed in a curveball.
