Lance Jensen is a 2024 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Chapin, SC who attends Chapin. Long, loose build wit tons of physical projection remaining to be added throughout. 7.20-second runner during the sixty. Primary middle-infielder, fields out in front showcasing deliberate actions as he played through the ball. Solid glove actions, projects to stick up-the-middle long-term with feel for the position. Accurate across the diamond, up to 76 mph with more arm strength coming as he adds muscle. Secondary right-handed pitcher, controlled, full wind up that he repeats well. Uses entire frame to drive down the slope. Compact arm stroke, from a high 3/4 slot, working downhill as he lived in the lower third of the zone throughout his outing. Fastball sat in the mid-70s, topping out at 78 mph. Tended to slow arm speed down on his secondary offerings. Projectable young frame with some refinement to mechanics and feel for pitches will develop into solid, upside arm. Right-handed hitter, even, balanced stance with a high-hand set. Line-drive, compact stroke flashing some gap-to-gap impact when on time with his toe-tap-trigger. Rotational lower half with a minimal weight shift. Tremendous student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
