Kortland Stovall is a 2026 LHP/OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Mt Pleasant, TX who attends Mount Pleasant. Tall slender build. Ran a 7.52 60-yard dash. Primary left handed pitcher with a crossfire delivery and high three-quarter slot. Gets downhill with the stuff and shows above average arm strength running the fastball up to 85. Pitch plays up with deception to the delivery and was especially effective getting on right handed hitters. Real feel for spinning and locating a tight 1-7 shape breaking ball. Swing and miss pitch with depth and bite. Projectable frame with higher level developing stuff on the mound. Hit from a balanced stance at the plate and showed some physicality and strength in the swing with leverage and developing barrel control. Named to High School All State Select top prospect list. Excellent student.
