Landon Moran is a 2024 3B/RHP, SS with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Brooks, GA who attends Whitewater. Recorded a 7.19 second 60-yard dash time. Primary third baseman with a medium frame and strong lower-half build. Clean actions while fielding with a solid gather and exchange. Accurate throws across the diamond with extra steps at 80 mph. Solid defensive actions in game with developing lateral movement in young frame. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a side step to a belt-high leg lift with a slight turn at the top before getting down the slope. Direct line to the plate with a medium arm circle behind to a 3/4 arm slot. Fastball up to 80 mph working best when he gets over his front side and drives the ball down in the zone. Curveball in the mid-60s as a secondary offering with repeatable delivery. Right-handed hitter with an even stance and wide base. Weight shift to the back side with knee lift trigger and natural lift to his swing. Stays back well with bat speed through the zone and pull side impact. Projectable frame and setup in the box to gain more impact gap-to-gap with solid swing mechanics and barrel awareness. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
