2022 13U/14U Sunshine South Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Jacob George is a 2026 OF/LHP, 1B with a 5-8 120 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein Oak. Posted a 7.52 in the 60. Primary OF is a developing athlete, his outfield actions showed good footwork moving clean through the funnel. The arm strength has time to develop as he matures. On the mound the left-hander topped the fastball at 70 with a developing breaking ball. The operation is smooth and showed command for the fastball, should progress rapidly when the frame fills out and develops the secondary pitch. Left-handed hitter has some easy bat speed in his swing and showed good strength to pull. Solid coordination with the bat for the young build has the makings of a promising hit tool with a present feel for the barrel intact. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
