Jamir Johnson is a 2026 OF/MIF with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Locust Grove, GA who attends Locust Grove. Tall, athletic frame with present strength and room to continue adding. Great runner, ran a 6.65 60-yard dash. Right-handed hitter, wide and even base, knee lift trigger stride, has serious whip to the barrel with explosive bat speed and strength to all fields. Natural feel for the barrel and hit multiple home runs in game action. Primary outfielder, comes and gets the baseball with urgency and works through the baseball well, compact arm action to a high three-quarters slot. Generates carry out of the hand with solid arm strength, recording throws up to 84 mph. Made excellent plays in center field all weekend in game action as well. Good student. Named to 2024 Deep South High School All-State Games Top Prospect List.
