2025 PG Sunshine East Showcase (National Showcases Qualifier)
Will Arndt is a 2027 C/RHP/3B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL who attends The Bolles. Medium athletic build with some present strength for his age. 7.13 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, starts in an even stance, popping out of the crouch with urgency, and turning in quick transitions. Arndt recorded pop times as low as 2.01 and reached 73 mph from behind the plate. He also turned in a strong round during infield workouts, showcasing lateral quickness and advanced glovework. Arndt delivered strong throws, reaching 82 mph across the diamond, with consistent accuracy. At the dish, Arndt starts with a high handset and back elbow, keeping the feet even with the shoulders, before working into a medium leg load. He then fires through a quick and impactful barrel, especially to the pull side, recording exit velocities up to 88. Terrific student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
