2022 Sunshine Rocky Mountain Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Brady Mitchell is a 2025 OF/RHP, SS, IF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Tucson, AZ who attends Canyon Del Oro. Medium height with broad shoulders and room to fill out the proportioned frame. Ran a 7.21 in the sixty yard dash. A primary outfielder, reads hops and then builds momentum late through the ball. Athletic and confident with his glove, really good arm strength for the age. A secondary infielder, good instincts to the ball. Gets around it well with solid mechanics and glove work. Good upside with arm strength to make all the throws. A left-handed hitter, really sways to load the base and brakes hard on the front side. Level path and some looseness to the bottom hand. Showed some lift but geared for line drives currently. Also pitches, stayed on time through the delivery using a quick athletic tempo. Some shoulder speed and projection from a velocity standpoint. Flashed a changeup that had sink. Occasional run to the FB when down. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
