Ethan Adams is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 6-3 222 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends Alpharetta. Large, athletic frame with broad shoulders and present physical strength proportioned throughout. Right-handed pitcher, begins with a side step moving into a leg lift up to belt; online arm stroke through the back working to a high three-quarters release point. Did a nice job of working around the zone, gets across body with release but aids fastball with cutting action, up to 92 mph in this look. Changeup is best secondary offering, lots of horizontal movement through the zone up to 83 mph with low spin rates and sells it well; curveball showed slurve finish through the zone up to 74 mph. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; utilizes a toe tap trigger moving into stride. Compact swing with lots of strength in hands, ball jumps off of the barrel when squared, comfort working to the pull side with line drive carry, 100 mph exit velocity in testing. Good student. Verbal commitment to Georgia.
