Connor Scheich is a 2027 SS/RHP with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Bradenton, FL who attends IMG Academy. Recorded a 7.44 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop with a medium frame. Displayed quality actions and fundamentals in the infield. Athleticism to actions and throws from higher slot across the diamond. Also worked out in the outfield and used choppy steps. Fields off front foot and utilized full arm action with one hop accuracy to the bases. Recorded throws up to 85 mph from the outfield. Right-handed hitter and starts from a medium base with even feet and a vertical bat. Employs a deep toe tap timing trigger and swings the bat hard. Held velocity and mixed in slurvy curveball with good depth and sharpness.
