Evan Shaw is a 2027 OF/RHP/1B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Lithonia, GA who attends Lovejoy. Features a medium, athletic frame with room to add. Has a two-pitch mix that includes fastball and curveball. Throws out of a high three-quarter slot with shorter arm action. Big hip turn into a downhill delivery and stays balanced throughout the operation. Works suck and stays around the zone. Curveball has eleven-five shape and locates it efficiently. Developing arm speed with more to come with growth. Defensively, he had a good set up and rounded the ball well. Footwork is developing with the arm. At the plate, he has a wider base with a toe tap trigger and high back elbow. Looseness in the swing and consistent contact with solid barrel control. Ran a 7.74 sixty-yard dash.
