Alexis Rodriguez Ruiz is a 2022 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-6 220 lb. frame from Yauco, PR who attends Central Pointe Christian. Showed good speed with a 6.72 second sixty. Primary outfielder with a extra larger frame showing solid strength to the build with more room to project moving forward. Comes and gets the ball well in the outfield working under control through the fielding process and gaining ground into the throws with a linger arm action showing solid arm strength and carry to the bases. Right-handed hitter, starts slightly open using a hanging leg lift to get back to even. Hands get through the zone quickly as the upper body pushes away from contact, made some loud contact with the barrel out front controlling the barrel with the top hand while creating some elevation to the ball flight with carry to left field. Very good student. Named to the 2022 Jupiter Qualifier Workout Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
