William Jose Rangel Rosales is a 2024 3B/RHP with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from New Rochelle, NY who attends Salesian. Medium, athletic frame with present physical strength proportioned throughout frame, additional room to grow moving forward. Ran a 7.51 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, fields the ball out front and shows quickness to hands, sound footwork on the approach and working through the ball, shows carry and arm strength on throws across, shows tools that play in the dirt. Also pitched, works quickly on the bump, side step with a higher leg lift up past belt, gets tall on backside with slight turn, quick and compact arm action through the back. Worked around the zone well and showed ability to attack both sides of the plate, ball comes out well and topped out at 80 mph, will continue to develop consistent spin to curveball, up to 66 mph, tends to slow on release.
