Orlando Arellano is a 2020 OF/ with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Spring Valley, CA who attends Grossmont. Medium slender build with plenty of room to fill out as he develops, posted a 7.21 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder, is aggressive to the ball and stays low to and through. Shows fluidity throughout his fielding and throwing motions. Strong arm that was gunned at 85 mph from the outfield. At the plate, uses a crouched and conventional looking stance with a simple stride trigger. Stays balanced throughout and generates great bat speed through the zone then finishes high with his hands into extension. Solid pop to both gaps. Middle to pull side approach but is at his best when using the whole field.
