Conor Rae is a 2027 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Gilbert, AZ who attends Corona Del Sol. Long and lean athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a small leg raise trigger and good rhythm in his hand load, very consistent timing and swing path, lived on the barrel with steady line drive contact to mid field and the pull side, just a matter of getting stronger before this swing really plays. 6.72 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, has very good arm strength, still developing his footwork and balance on the move, tends to wait back on the ball. Also worked out in the outfield and graded out much higher there. Arm played up well with low and on line throws, accurate to the bag, charged the ball aggressively, loose and athletic actions. Took a turn on the mound, works exclusively from the stretch with a high leg raise over the rubber. Throws a knuckle screwball change up as his primary pitch, gets big horizontal movement on the pitch and created swing and miss. Fastball topped out at 84 mph. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
