Jackson Miller is a 2028 SS/RHP/3B with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL who attends Ponte Vedra. Long and slender build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.37 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, has loose actions and is athletic to the ball, nice body control on the move, comfortable throwing from lower slots and makes accurate throws, raw arm strength still developing but is projectable. Right handed hitter, starts from a spread and slightly closed stance, has good rhythm in his load, short stride into contact, direct hand path,, stays connected well and gets into his lower half, sound fundamental swing to continue to develop as he gets stronger. Also pitched, has a full windup with fluid overall actions, throws from a 3/4's arm slot with some whippiness in his arm stroke, throws strikes. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, also threw a slider with some two-plane shape to go with a firm change up, Mixed his pitches well and threw strikes. Excellent student.
