Anthony Huezo is a 2023 OF/MIF with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Palmdale, CA who attends Etiwanda. Long and lean athletic build with lots of physical projection remaining. Left handed hitter, hits from a relaxed stance with a high back elbow load and a big lower half hip turn, uncoils on time with fast hands and very good bat speed and barrel whip, outstanding extension through the ball, very fluid swing that barreled up everything and showed power potential as well, will continue to improve as a hitter as he gets stronger. 6.69 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has good athleticism through the ball, actions are still somewhat long, has plenty of raw arm strength and carry on his throws. Very interesting young athlete with a ceiling. Excellent student, verbal commitment to UC Irvine.
