Jayden Goldman is a 2026 1B/RHP/IF with a 6-6 230 lb. frame from Santee, CA who attends Patrick Henry. Features an XL build that holds a ton of present strength. Ran a 7.19 60-yd dash. At 1B showed quality actions with both feet and glove. Played back at times but showed ability to play through GBs. Adjustable glove actions working to a consistent soft reception. Also showed strong footwork on DPs, ability to turn, spin and get off accurate throws. Loose arm with easy strength that showed on throws across the diamond (86 mph). At the plate, showed big time strength and bat speed. Shows a rhythmic gather in his load, getting engaged with his backside with a smaller lift and mixed in a toe tap at times. Hands load down and get the barrel into an upright launch. His hands then turn the barrel clean on an uphill path with out front intent. Consistent pull side approach where he produced a ton of hard LD/FB contact into left. Stays behind it well and creates good leverage with his lower-half. On the mound, he showed decent traits. Easy effort operation showing a smaller sit in his lower-half and shows an east/west delivery. Longer arm action working loose and quick to a lower 3/4 slot. FB worked into the low 80s, T83 where it exhibited some natural running action with tendency to pull off a bit and locate it to the glove side. Mixed in a CH with great shape, legit depth + fade while killing a ton of spin (~1000s). Also used a upper 60s, T70 SL that had slower sweeper type shape. Inconsistent command throughout his outing due to early torso pull off (direction). Currently uncommitted. Named to Top Prospects List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
