Parker Lewin is a 2023 3B/RHP, OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Minnetrista, MN who attends Orono. Strong build with room to fill out. Ran a 7.65 second sixty-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary infielder. Flashed clean footwork working to and through the baseball to go along with softer hands. Displayed good range working to both sides of the infield. Displayed quicker transfers into throws with good arm strength and accurate carry to first base topping out at 78 mph across the infield. Left handed hitter. Employs an open stance with a small toe tap trigger. Flashed a naturally elevated barrel path through the zone looking to drive the ball to and through the gaps in the outfield. Displayed a high intent approach creating good bat speed and loud line drives to the pull side when on time and squared. Also pitched at the event. Employs a side step to belt high leg lift staying slightly flexed at gather going to drop and drive actions down the mound landing online with the plate and staying online with the plate getting good extension out front. Flashed a quick arm from a three-quarter slot. Displayed a fastball with late run up to 78 mph complemented with a 11/5 curveball with good feel for the zone and big depth at 61 mph. Great student.
