Jason Andrews is a 2026 IF/RHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Cornelius, NC who attends Combine Academy. Nice young athletic build with big physical projection ahead of him. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a calm lower half load and shift, has quick hands and creates bat speed, works up to the ball with lift in his swing and puts the ball in the air, nice hand whip and actions through contact, nice hitting tools to develop. 7.36 runner in the sixty. Primary infielder on defense, also plays the outfield with similar athleticism and tools, shows big arm strength and carry for his age, future plus tool, has good agility and lower half actions but still developing consistency in his footwork and routes. Also pitched, works from a full hands over the head delivery, lands closed on his front side and throws cross body, still developing consistency in his mechanics and release point. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, gets good cutting action at times. Flashed a slider at 74 mph that has potential with good power and some bite. Developing a curveball as well. Good athlete who will continue to improve with repetitions and fundamentals. Named to the 13U/14U Atlantic Coast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
