Dylan Vielhauer is a 2021 3B/MIF/OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Tallahassee, FL who attends Maclay. Athletic build, has some present strength with more to come. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance and tends to stay open, leg kick load with limited lower half shift and use, line drive swing plane, has good barrel to ball skills and makes consistent contact, uses all fields. Has the strength and leverage to make adjustments and learn to drive the ball more consistently. 7.85 runner, third base tools on defense, has sound fundamentals and makes the routine play, has some carry across the diamond when he gets on top of the ball. Excellent student.
