David Pruitt is a 2028 1B/RHP with a 6-7 180 lb. frame from Tallapoosa, GA who attends Haralson County. Extra tall and slender build with limitless physical projection remaining. Primary first baseman on defense with big potential on the mound as well. Solid turns to the bag and has a big arm across at first. Sets in the middle well, adjusts the slot and it comes out firm on a line to several sports. Moves the levers well. On the mound, works from the stretch with a high three-quarter look and full arm swing in the back. Quick whip to arm and repeats. Good life to the fastball, sells a shorter power breaking ball and firm changeup. Lots of strikes and traits. Left-handed hitter wide base and no stride with a coiled back hip. Creates good lift out front with strength. Big pull side impact in his round and can go the other way. Feel to launch and the power projects big with feel to hit that showed in game. Physical two-way product. Very good student. Named to the PG Class of 2028 All-American Games Top Prospect List.
