Palmer McRaney is a 2026 RHP/OF with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Blessed Trinity Catholic. Long and lanky build with lots of room to get stronger. Multi-part delivery that adds deception to his mechanics, has a quick and clean arm action. Fastball worked mostly in the upper 70's, topped out at 82 mph early, has good command of his fastball to both sides of the plate and worked ahead in counts consistently. Also did a good job of landing a soft mid-60's curveball with occasional downer depth, flashed a developing change up. 7.39 runner in the sixty. Plays outfield when not on the mound, developing footwork into his throws with a big crow hip into release, has a loose arm and makes accurate throws. Right handed hitter, hits from an upright stance with limited lower half shift into contact, big barrel tilt to start his swing, soft downhill swing.
