Demarcus King is a 2024 SS/MIF with a 5-10 174 lb. frame from Fayetteville, GA who attends Fayette. Demarcus has very good skills and is aa well rounded player. Showing a good arm from the infield, his motions around the field are smooth and athletic. The glove works very easy to and through the baseball and he moves both ways very well. In the batter's box, Demarcus has a bit of an uphill swing plane to the baseball. He gets to the backside well in the load position, which shows his ability to get to inner half and show some power to the pull side. King has some quickness with a 60yd dash time of 7.14sec.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
