Aaron Hernandez is a 2026 LHP/OF with a 6-2 155 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Florida Christian. Long, lanky frame with a high waist and tons of physical projection remaining. Recorded a 7.52 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary left-handed pitcher that worked from an abbreviated windup with a slightly coiled leg lift into balance and a medium stride length out to foot strike. Fastball worked mostly in the 78-80 mph range with some sink to the bottom portion of the strike zone and topped out at 82 mph from an extended three-quarters slot. Simple, repeatable delivery with some deception and tons to dream on velocity wise as he add strength. Mixed in promising slider as go-to secondary option, as he generated lateral sweep to it and occasional vertical depth. Shows best when thrown firm and with conviction. Will continue to expand overall repertoire with additional velocity and has good feel for pitching. Tons of long term projection. Secondary outfielder with a developing defensive skill set. Fields slightly off to the side with long strides into gather and maintains some momentum into release. Recorded arm strength up to 77 mph during drills. Left-handed hitter that hits from an even, balanced stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Whole field approach with elongated, lofted stroke and developing feel for the barrel. Generated occasional line drives to the middle and pullside of the field and will continue to improve with additional strength. Developing, young prospect with immense upside on the mound as he continues to add velocity.
