Adolario Aguilar is a 2027 C/RHP/3B with a 5-8 133 lb. frame from Kingsville, TX who attends Santa Gertrudis Academy. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a bent knee stance with a simple load and trigger, gets the barrel out well and has a loose and tension free swing, swing projects very well as he continues to get stronger. 7.65 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has some present athleticism and is quick out of his crouch, hips work well in his shifting and throwing, gains ground well on his throws. Also played the infield and has some actions on the dirt, works close to the ground and gets under the ball, lower arm slow with some arm whip, feet are quick and active, second base actions. Also pitched, has a high leg raise to a high 3/4's arm slot, lands open with his front side and tends to miss glove side. Fastball topped out at 72 mph. Good athlete who will keep improving with additional strength.
