Kenneth Acevedo is a 2018 2B/SS with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Aguadilla, PR who attends Liceo Aquadillano. Small build, skinny and lean frame with a high waist. Ran a 7.15 second 60 yard dash. Primary second baseman, good footwork with range, clean hands into gather, long arm action into throws with playable arm strength topping out at 81 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, slightly open stance, high hand set with a high back elbow, small leg lift trigger, hands dip slightly at load, very short hand path to the ball, line drive barrel plane, rotational swing with mostly softer contact, would like to see added strength for more pop off of the barrel and added bat speed, consistent line drive contact mostly to pull side. Good student.
