Caleb Cortez is a 2022 RHP/C, 3B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Carlsbad, CA who attends La Costa Canyon. Physical build with present strength and size to both halves. Good length to the frame that can fill out. Primary right-handed pitcher, high three-quarter delivery with extension to his front side. Featured a low-80s fastball with arm-side run out of the hand. Flashed late slider with tail to righties and a quality changeup in the low-70s. Showed good command and filled the zone. Solid presence on the hill.
