Blake Dean is a 2023 RHP/OF with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Acworth, GA who attends North Cobb Christian. Medium height with an athletic look and some spring to it. Rhythmic delivery with a loose and quick arm and short arm action on the back. 3/4 release and mixed a 4-seam and 2-seam effectively (1900-2250 rpm). Kept the hand speed up on the horizontal shaped breaker with swing and miss traits as he learns to design it (2300-2500 rpm). Good feel and matching slots, with feel for both halves of the plate. Very easy second inning with signs of controlling the arsenal. Good student.
