Blake Fields is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends The First Academy. Large, athletic frame with present physical strength proportioned throughout. Ran a 7.06 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, shorter steps on the approach and shows sound fundamentals with nice angles to the ball, pulls down through it well from an over-the-top release, low flight out of hand with present strength and carry to the intended base, extra step coming through the ball. Right-handed hitter, balanced base in the box with a simple hand load, does a nice job of staying direct to the ball with hands and shows plenty of quickness and strength to them. Clean stroke and remains compact throughout, can implement additional separation to generate even more juice moving forward but already can impact hard to pull side; repeats well and generates the strength easily to middle/pull parts of field. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
